The Me

Hello,

My name is Brooke. I am 31 years old and I live in Brockley, south east London. I have a crustaceous star sign (Cancer. I don’t like that word.), I like dogs but don’t own one, I have both a body and a head, I love to lie in the bath until the water is cold. I also play drums in a band called exlovers; more about that as and when it arises. I live in a house with 4 other people, one of who is my girlfriend Laurel. We own a particularly nice Parker Knoll wingback chair and a painting of some leopards.

I enjoy my home. That’s the point here really; cooking, decorating, gardening – these are the kind of things I want to share. Whether it is something I’ve enjoyed cooking in my kitchen, something I have grown and failed to kill, or a general ramble on the state of the British horticultural scene and how it affects us all. Or not.
